The latest release of CS Risk has just been deployed, and includes a number of enhancements in the areas of Risk Processing. Specifically a full cycle risk feedback workflow has now been implemented, allowing Project Managers to nominate unique risks that they have identified for inclusion in the organisation Master Risk Register, and then downwards via the Templates to other Projects which may benefit. A Product Overview for CS Risk has been prepared (2 pages) that highlights this process, and the othe features of CS Risk. |
