Master Risk Register - Central Management of Company Risks

The Master Risk Register allows your team to centrally manage a core set of risks for the business.  These Risks are used to generate project, site and process specific Risk Registers through the use of Templates.  

Risk Templates

Individually managed, each Template allows a business unit, function or project type to generate multiple risk registers all from a controlled, managed template - no more copy and modify / cut and paste.  Each new Risk Register is created from the current Master Risk Register.

Risk Register - for projects, sites, processes

Create and manage as many Risk Registers as your business requires.  Derived from 1 or more Templates, each is linked to the Master Risk Register.  Individual / specific risks can be added to each Risk Register as needed.

Risk Scoring and Actions

Built in Risk Scoring using an intuitive matrix - both initial and controlled risk scores.  Each risk is allocated actions, which are centrally managed within Integral CS.
